The hot springs were absolutely amazing. We loved being able to relax and soak in the warm water while enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding nature. , the staff was very kind and welcoming, making our romantic escape even better. the location was perfect for us as it allowed us to disconnect from the bustle of city life and enjoy some peace and quiet together.
The language barrier was a bit of an issue as we struggled to communicate with some of the staff. , the food was not the best we've had, but it was decent.

The hotel was located near a convenience store, which was great for quick snacks and drinks. the game center was a fun addition and provided a bit of entertainment. Best aspect: the onsen was a wonderful way to relax after a long day of exploring the city.
The English communication was very difficult with the staff and it made things confusing and frustrating at times. the restaurant was reservation only, which was not indicated clearly, and it was not possible to add it to the room on the day of checking in.
